Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive authorization.

Prepare the Package

Carefully place the item in its original dust bag and protective box, ensuring all authenticating tags remain attached and intact.

Affix the Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid DHL return label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the exterior of your shipping carton.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand over your package to the nearest authorized shipping point; once received and inspected at our workshop, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
